ππΎ NORTH TOPSAIL BEACH FIRE DEPARTMENT WEATHER PUP-DATE πΎπ
Delivered by Marshall (tripping over the hose the whole time)
"Whoa-whoa-whoa β I'm okay! I'm okay!" crashes into the weather board, rights himself, salutes
Alright pups and beachgoers, Marshall here, and I am FIRED UP to bring you today's forecast β mostly because it's about 400% humidity out there and I'm basically a walking swamp cooler in this fur coat. It's gonna be hot and sticky, so hydrate like Rubble hydrates a cupcake β aggressively and often.
This afternoon, our sea breeze is gonna roll in off the coast and light up some thunderstorms right along the beach. Kind of like when Zuma sees a sq**rt gun β sudden, dramatic, and everybody scatters. π©οΈπ
Then TONIGHT, a weak front sneaks in from the northwest like it's trying to sniff out Skye's snacks β and it's bringing a marginal risk of severe storms to the northwest part of our area. Main troublemakers: damaging wind and heavy rain. Nothing that requires the full PAW Patrol roll-out, but enough that you don't want to be standing under a tree going "this seems fine."
π RIP CURRENT ALERT β from LOW to MODERATE, pups! π
That's right, the surf's stepping it up like Chase going from "walk" to "chase mode." If you're heading in the water today, respect the water, and if you get caught in a rip current β don't fight it, swim parallel to shore like you're doing the doggy paddle of your LIFE. πβπ¦Ίπ¦
Marshall trips over his own hose again, sets off the sprinkler system, salutes through the water spray
"No storm too big, no rip current too strong β North Topsail Beach Fire Department is always ready for a ruff day!" π₯πΎ
