200 feet below the surface of Lake Huron the Norman rests on the bottom since may 30th, 1895. The cold fresh water preserves the shipwrecks unlike anywhere else in the world. Lee Rosenberg illuminates the railing and Liz Peppin with Mike Rihl check out the bow. The wooden lifeboat is sitting on the bottom with oars still in place. Thank you for sharing and following

The Swedish warship Vasa. It sank in 1628 less than a mile into its maiden voyage and was recovered from the sea floor after 333 years almost completely intact. Now housed at the Vasa Museum in Stockholm, is the world's best preserved 17th century ship.
