TRENTON, NJ – AUGUST 30, 2022 – Today, MBI announced that Osner Charles, Paterson, New Jersey, has joined MBI as a member of the firm as Director of Business Development & Community Engagement. Photo attached.

Osner’s expertise and experience makes him an invaluable addition to MBI and we welcome him to the family.”

Charles previously served as Assistant Director of Economic Development for the City of Paterson, New Jersey responsible for real estate development, business recruitment, retention, expansion, workforce development and the overall economic development strategy of the State’s third largest City. “Osner made significant strides in Paterson and will always remain a part of my team,” said Paterson’s Economic Development Director Michael Powell. “Osner is a team player and will be missed, I wish him all the best,” said Mayor Andre Sayeh. Charles also serves as on the Advisory Broad of Rutgers University, Nassan’s Place and is a former member of the YMCA Board of Directors. Charles is an active supporter of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Essex, Hudson and Union Counties, and a host of many other non-profit organizations throughout the Northern New Jersey area.

Julius "Jukie" Sabo will always be remembered for his bright smile and welcoming personality to all who entered MBI. We will never forget our friend. Rest in peace, Jukie.

Julius M. “Jukie” Sabo, 59, of Hamilton Township, NJ, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2020, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.

Born in Trenton, NJ, Julius has been a lifelong Trenton / Hamilton resident.

Julius was a security guard for the New Jersey State Museum, Trenton, NJ, and the New Jersey State Police. He was formerly employed by MBI-GluckShaw for 20 years, and for TRANE Corporation for several years.

Julius was also was a drummer/guitarist for the band Little Deuce Coupe.

Predeceased by his parents, Julius M. and Eleanor Billings Sabo, Sr., He is survived by his loving wife, Diana L. Sabo; his daughter, Gabrielle M. Sabo; his brother, Michael Sabo, and his wife Lou Ann; his sisters, Julie Sabo-Ferrara, and her husband Lawrence, and Dorie Ferrara, and her husband Tony; his grand dog, Baby; his grand rabbit, Simba; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Funeral services will be private, with burial at St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Hamilton, NJ.

A public memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced.

Arrangements are by the Brenna Funeral Home, Immordino Chapel 1799 Klockner Road Hamilton, NJ 08619.
