When you know your own superpower, you won't want to compete with a man's superpower.

Basque in your feminine essence and trust that as long as you are positively aligned with yourself, your intuition will guide you along this journey and that the peson you've chosen as your partner will not abuse your gifts, but will celebrate and embrace them.

Every good man knows that a woman's superpowers make him even stronger. So instead of competing, choose wisely and trust your decision.

This month we’ll be recapping some of our most enjoyed posts over the last 6 months, as well as re-sharing the monthly themes that we know will bring that love you desire.

In January, we talked a lot about how we may be perceived by potential dating companions, and taking into consideration that we might benefit from developing skills around how we lead. If we are successful, there are ways to express this gracefully, and ways that could be off-putting.

We all want a happy experience in love, and it’s easy for us to look outward for that. We encourage you to look inward first. The last 6 months of our content lays the foundation for a guide to start your inner-work!

ProTip: Be the kind of person you’d like to date in areas of communication, character, kindness and willingness to give. You will find quickly that this will attract someone similar.

Why s*x and sensuality keep marriage fresh!

When was the last time your man came up and kissed you on the neck? Do you remember how good it felt to be desired, to feel like the object of someone else's affection?
To have your body and or beauty appreciated and to connect intimately with the person you love?

If it's been a long time, a piece of you and your partner is probably starved of this interaction.

With all of the things we manage on a day-to-day, intimacy is instant relief of mental and physical stress. Our moments in (or out of) the bedroom, create deeper bonds, make us feel youthful and alive, and keep the passion going.

Think of something you can do this week to reignite the s*xy energy in your romantic relationship and you will begin to refresh a side that we all need.

Are you keeping it spicy? Are you keeping your shape, wearing something nice to bed? Taking that bonnet off from time to time? Putting some lotion on the heels of those feet?

The pain of your past is only fuel to the brightness of your future!

We have all experienced heartbreak that changed the way we view the people, things, and relationships in our world. Does a past relationship have you afraid to be vulnerable again? Did you see toxicity in relationships as a child and promised yourself that wouldn’t ever be you? Are you holding resentment from a past lover who didn’t make you feel loved the way you know you deserved to?

It won’t be easy, but it is time to move past those negative emotions and create the life and love that you desire. That may start with allowing yourself to feel and understand your range of emotions, BUT you must also dig deep and be accountable for the role you played in those situations. Were there red flags from that unfaithful lover that you chose to ignore? Had you allowed your self-esteem to be so low that you attracted anything and anyone without accessing your own standards and worth? While you can’t control the actions of others, you can absolutely control what you accept and interact with in a way that is feminine, healed, and authentic.

At the foundation of all our relationships are energy and reflections of how we feel about ourselves. Once we understand that, we stop looking outward to fill voids and we become the solution to all of the problems that held us back. We can attract from a place of self-awareness, wholeness, and desire or void, desperation, and fear. The choice is ours! The choice is yours!

Tracey D. Syphax (1962-Present) - author, entrepreneur, activist. Born in Asbury Park, New Jersey Syphax moved to Trenton, New Jersey in the early 60’s. He began his professional career in 1995 starting his first business which he grew to a million dollar corporation in 7 years. He made history in 2011 becoming the 1st African American to be awarded “Entrepreneur of the Year” in the 51 year history of the Princeton Chamber of Commerce. In 2014 out of an unprecedented 900 nominees through out the country he was recognized by President Barack Obama as 1 of 12 White House “Champion of Change” for his advocacy work. In 2017 he was recognized as 1 of 25 “Most Influential African Americans” in New Jersey

He’s continued his career as a real estate developer but more importantly he continues his passion as a strong advocate for formerly impacted individuals

As a Black man re-entering society after incarceration, one of the most challenging things for me was transforming from a former drug addicted dealer to a legitimate businessman.

I met the challenge by recognizing that we are all products of our environment. I was living proof of the impact our surroundings can have on us and I wanted to change, so I decided to change my environment!

Instead of being around gangsters, drug dealers and gang bangers, I started building relationships with businessmen, entrepreneurs and serial entrepreneurs. Their influence and my determination to change was one of the main things that lead to a different lifestyle for me.

In my new book, I’ll be sharing tips on ways you can meet this challenge - as well as resources available to you that you might not be aware of.
