As Christians, we are called to pursue truth with humility, serve our neighbors faithfully, and strengthen the institutions that anchor our communities. May we continue to lead with courage, grace, and responsibility as we work to build a healthier civic culture for the next generation.

December 15 marks Bill of Rights Day, a reminder that freedom endures only when it is defended by the people. The Bill of Rights exists to protect individual liberty from government overreach, today and always. 🇺🇸
We will continue to stand firm in defense of the Constitution and the freedoms it secures for future generations.

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Mike Maynard, a devout Christian, devoted father and grandfather, patriotic American, and steadfast conservative Republican. Mike was a pillar of our local Party for decades, serving as Chairman of the Tupelo Republican Executive Committee for 20 years, as well as Chairman of the Lee County Republican Executive Committee and an officer of the Lee County Republican Club.

Our Party, and our community as a whole, are better because of his service and leadership. He will be deeply missed.

Please join us in prayer for his loved ones. May they find comfort in knowing he is now at peace in the presence of our Creator.

Please share. We will be holding a memorial prayer vigil in remembrance of Charlie Kirk to honor his work, sharing the word of God, that he lived and died for. It will be held at the Vietnam Wall in Veterans Memorial Park in Tupelo, MS. We will have candles and speakers to be announced. Please join us as we remember him and pray for him and his loved ones.

Constitution Day is time for us to appreciate the miracle of our form of government: one which recognizes first and foremost that our rights come from God, not government. It places the power of government in the hands of the people, and it is therefore our responsibility to acknowledge the stewardship which we have over our system of government, to keep a watchful eye over those we elect, and to hold to account those who may fail to keep their oath. TOMORROW:
Tupelo City voters will have a say on whether or not to approve a $34 million bond for the Tupelo Public School District.

It will require a 60% majority vote to pass.

According to TPSD, the projects include bathroom renovations throughout the district, classroom renovations and expansions at Carver and Lawhon elementary schools, the construction of outdoor learning and play spaces, a new multi-purpose building at Tupelo Middle School, science lab renovations and other small projects.

TPSD states that this is a no-tax increase bond.

We encourage all voters to research the issue and make an informed decision.
