In these times of chaos and uncertainty, remember the time where this nation came together and supported each other like never before. To all the innocent men and women that lost their lives, and all the brave men and women who stepped in to help. We will never forget you.

These are the most rewarding moments in our careers!

In June of 2020, this beautiful 6 yo girl was involved in an accident when her 4 wheeler collided with a tree. She was transported to a local hospital by Manitowoc Fire Rescue Department and then transferred by Two Rivers Fire Department to a higher level of care. She suffered severe facial trauma and had extensive surgery. Last week she came to visit the crew that transported her with a big beautiful smile again! Great teamwork by all involved and thank you for stopping by!

The fire service is a brotherhood/sisterhood that bands together no matter what the circumstances are, on duty and off duty. This past winter we wanted to show our support and band together for Team Cody and wear purple shirts on Fridays. It’s the least we could do but want you to know you’re not alone in this fight. You have so much support from all around during these difficult times.
As Cody awaits another surgery, we want you to know all of us at TRFD are thinking and praying for you and your family today and everyday. #teamcody #CodyStrong #kickcancersass

* Written by FF/Paramedic Zak Peterson, who started our weekly tribute to Cody on Friday’s.*

The Two Rivers Firefighter’s Local 423 recently received a generous donation from Pit Boss Grills!

We are so excited to use our new Pit Boss 700 Pellet Grill at the firehouse! Our day’s are usually very busy with emergency calls, training, public education, or any of our other great programs we offer to our community. The pellet grill is great for us because it is automated and we can have a nice dinner after a long days work.

Thank you!

https://www.helpinglostpets.com/petdetail/?id=2781269 Husband and I were out on a walk at around 9pm May 6th 2019. All of a sudden our dog stopped. We looked, and a little cat was trying to greet our dog. Such a friendly cat - he wanted so much attention from us. He kept following us down the street, and when cars would go by, he would sprint away but come back to us. He was rolling around, submitting to us and letting us pet him. We were scared for him so we took him home. He is not neutered, nor has a microchip, or collar.
