The Safety Seal program is an inter-agency effort among the DILG, Department of Health (DOH), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Tourism (DOT), and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) which grants establishments a Safety Seal to be conspicuously displayed indicating that the building or establishment they are entering are compliant to health protocols against Covid-19.

Tanan Punong Barangays gitahasan sa:
1. Estriktong pagpatuman sa minimum health protocols uban sa mga empleyado sa Barangay;
2. Pag-organisar sa Barangay COVID-19 Operations Center ug Barangay Tanod Health Patrols para pagpatuman sa surveillance, monitoring ug reporting sa pampublikong panagtapok;
3. Regular nga pag-inspection labi na panahon sa katapusan sa Semana ug mga holiday, sa mga sports, recreation and leisure facilities sama sa Parke, gymnasium, resorts ug uban pa para masig**o nga masunod ang social distancing sa tanang panahon uban sa pakigtambayayong ug pakig-alayon sa PNP ug BFP;
4. Subay sa IATF regulations ug lokal nga ordinansa, mag-regulate o magdili sa mga pampublikong panagtapok sama sa pag-inom, sabong, tupada, fiesta, parada, beauty contest, prosisyon ug ubang pang-relihiyosong kalihukan nga anaa ang panagtapok, cultural festivals ug pool ug uban pang water recreation nga kalihukan.
5. Paghatag panabang sa kapahigayunan sa community pantry pinaagi sa Barangay Tanods o Barangay Health Emergency Response
6. Maghatag emergency number(s) alang sa publiko haron ang mga tawo maka-report gidayon sa mga panagtapok;
7. Makig-coordinate sa Municipal COVID-19 Operations Center, PNP, BFP alang sa pagtabang pagpatuman sa mga balaodnon ug sumbanan sa pampublikong panagtapok;
8. Magpatuman sa uban pang gimbuhaton subay sa IATF regulations, mga palisiya ug giya sa DILG, DOH ug uban pang ahensiya sa kagamhanan.

Please be informed that the requests for moratorium on the inbound transport of Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) submitted by the hereunder LGUs have been approved by the R10 IATF-MEID during its 19th Meeting last September 16, 2020:
1. Province of Bukidnon
2. Province of Misamis Occidental
3. Municipality of Mahinog, Camiguin
4. Municipality of Matungao, Lanao del Norte
Pending receipt of the R10 IATF-MEID Resolutions approving such requests and considering the urgency of the matter, you are hereby instructed to advise your respective Provincial Governors and concerned Municipal Mayors to already implement the moratorium on the inbound transport of Locally Stranded Individuals to the above-mentioned LGUs starting September 21, 2020 until October 4, 2020.
