The countdown is over… it’s time to run, raise, and have fun! Our goal this year is $75,000 to support incredible experiences for our Casita learners—Magnet Labs, Trunk or Treat, Movie Night, Book Fair, steel drum lessons, field trips, and more! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Today, we honor the retirement of three incredible educators—Mrs. Miller, Mr. Miller, and Ms. Wise—who have shaped the heart and soul of Casita.

They didn’t just teach—they transformed.
They didn’t just lead—they inspired.
And they didn’t just show up—they poured their hearts into this community daily.

Mrs. Miller’s warmth, Mr. Miller’s energy, and Ms. Wise’s strength have left an unforgettable mark on generations of students, families, and staff. Their legacy lives on in every life they've touched.

As they step into this next chapter, we celebrate them for all they’ve given—and all they’ve meant.

Prospective Casita Families, the 2025-2026 VUSD Elementary Magnet Lottery Results were released today! Please check your schoolmint accounts to confirm your offer (acceptance or waitlist) to Casita for the upcoming school year.

All accepted families, welcome to Casita! You’ll be hearing from our Principal on April 11, 2025 with next steps.
