Worked with this company last year on the Northern Cal Fires. They have been on the Caldor Fire, Lake Tahoe for sometime conducting fire retardant vegetation applications. Chazz is also the owner of Urbn Tek Fire Covers. They are able to completely cover your home with their heavy duty fire resistive tarps that will protect your home from fire damage.

[7.29.21 Drought Update] Despite some of the recent (very light) rainfall, our drought conditions have remained nearly unchanged across Southern California. Isolated t-storms will be possible the next few days across the mountains/deserts, but most areas will remain dry.

We have added a second truck that is ready for this years fire season that is already in full swing. This new unit is equipped with two types of application systems. One is a Fire Retardent that we apply directly to your properties vegetation. This could slow down or even stop the fire threat to your home or business. This retardant can last up to 6 to 8 months thru the peak of fire season. The second type of application is a Gel applied directly on to your Residence, Business or Outbuilding. This could help protect your property during an oncoming wild fire. The products used are safe for people, plants, animals and aquifers, and easily cleaned with rinse water.

Here we go again! Have your “GO” plan in place in case you need to evacuate. Here are some items you should think about:

1. Back your vehicle in. This may save time if you have to rush out especially if you have a long driveway, or obstacles in the way that may slow you down.

2. Pre-load the items in your vehicle that you are taking with you.

3. Do a thorough walk around your residence. Look for combustible items and flammable liquids that are too close that can ignite and spread to your house. Create that “Defensible Space”.

4. Stay updated on current fire weather conditions via radio, local news stations and social media.

5. This event is predicted to start around 4 a.m. Monday morning. Will you be up? Will you be prepared to evacuate that early in the morning? Most may not.
Don’t get caught unprepared!
For updated fire weather and fire preparedness information, you can go to the Cal Fire website.
Please be safe!

⚠️ RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM MON THROUGH 10 PM TUE ⚠️ High winds and very low relative humidity will lead to critical fire weather conditions once again on Monday and Tuesday. The strongest winds look to occur Monday night through Tuesday morning.

During a wildfire, embers cause most home ignitions. Residents can harden homes minimizing property damage and protecting firefighters. Help reduce putting firefighters and communities at risk by hardening your home to ember intrusion and creating defensible space on private property.

Just returned from the River Fire and the Lightning Complex working with a Pre-Fire Fire Gel company as Safety Standby, we were able to treat over 30 Residents and Estates including a newly restored Coffee Shop/Restaurant and Post Office. This is their main resource for the very small community of Pescadero that is nestled in the Redwoods with a population of only 160 people. The people were fantastic and so grateful!
