The world must act urgently to reduce emissions to limit warming to 1.5° C. At , the United States is taking an “Implementation... Plus” approach. What does that mean?

-“Implementation” means countries need to take real action to meet their commitments.
-“Plus” means that we must build on existing commitments, and countries whose 2030 targets are not yet aligned with the Paris temperature goal must revisit and strengthen them.

Keeping a 1.5° C limit in reach requires action from all nations. Together, we must do what we’ve set out to do – and then some.

U.S. - Sri Lanka relations enters a new beginning
"It has been seventy-two years since Sri Lanka entered into formal relations with the United States. Since then, a new line on thinking on U.S.-Sri Lankan relations has emerged in foreign policy circles" .
In this global crisis, Brazil is really establishing itself as the world's breadbasket.

That's right, Brazil has all kinds of culture that the world consumes, in addition to the water that is indispensable to human beings.

In this global crisis, Brazil exploded its exports to the whole world, just watch the video analyze the graphs and see how Brazil is rich and we could be enjoying this wealth, we sell cheap and we pay very high prices on basic products, as it has occurred with the eggs that had exploded the prices being sold at R $ 25.00 reais.

This breach of reserve in the domestic market is unacceptable, we export cheap and under the dogma of free competition we keep the rest that is not for export paying at gold price.

In this video we have the reality of how much Brazil is rich and the breadbasket of the world, there is a lack of administration, first to safeguard the Brazilian population with fair prices and then to export.

Celso Dias Neves

Ambassador President World Parlament of Security And Peace

Federative Republic of Brazil

Watch the video and analyze how rich Brazil is.

Optimal Development & optimal globalization

The main problems of people are caused by confrontation, caused by the power of force, which as a losing way of life has exhausted the main productive force, i.e. the basis of science, its general ideas. The way out is cooperation by the general ideas on Optimal Development, to begin with a compromise between the main opposite instruments of research and development, i.e. berween logic and dialectic. It gives the OD Method: the optimal phenomena are triune – two opposites and a compromise erween them (Time is pst-present-future, Space is X-Y-Z). \

The triune form means the optimal phenomena can’t be divided into parts and are defined by the triune brain of one person. That’s why there’s appeared one author of the rech and social OD general ideas, to use them together to reduce the power of force. The OD author must be treated as a gloal phenomenon, with all countries helping him to ser up the global OD Center. According to the OD it is necessary as an opposite to the UN, where the UN ensures survival of civilization during the global crisis and the OD Center will ensure the way out of it.

Prof. Airat Teregulov. [email protected] +7 843 2365517 www.facebook.com/slav.turk

P.s. According to the OD there’s a need to switch half of the UN incomes, UN Foundation, World Dank to the OD.
To US Secretary's Office of Global Partnerships

The US Ambassador in Russia is right the USA and Russia must work together to solve global problems. For this purpose there’re obtained in the Kzn.ru city the general ideas on Opimal Development (OD), based on a compromise between the general and particular interests. The OD theory shows to slve global problems there’s a need of the global OD Center (optimization of thinking, transportation, energetics), with its branches in countries. Countries must invest into the OD Center 0.00001 of their budgets, to begin with the USA. Get info about optimal innovations.

Otherwise the tention between Russia and the USA will lead to a global nuclear war to reduce population of the Earth, which has jumped from 2 to 7 billion in the XX century, thus violatinhg the temp of evolution of the Earth by highcinsumption. The main task of a big war is to reduce population. For example, the so called World War Ii, which has taken place mainly in Europpe, has killed about 60 million people. Now there must be billions.

Sincerely yours, Prof. Airat Teregulov. [email protected] +7 843 2365517

MAIN BENEFIT The optimal electro flying cars, planes, spaceships will be given by optimaltransport21.blogspot.com (effect like that of E-mail vs post). Experts on aviation have been brought up on the old ideas and can’t accept the new ones. Pay 0.001 of the average annual income in your country for the scientific-popular theory of Optimal Development (General Further Education, optimization of thinking, to pass from confrontation to cooperation), with the right to use the optimal transport by the low cost price, with flights at a price of a city bus trip. This’ll reduce car and plane exhaust, global warming, stop price rise, give new jobs,, energetics. GlavnoeNovshestvo.blogspot.com

Optimal electro flying cars, planes & optimal spaceships (effect like E-mail vs Post)

The most safe, cheap, fast optimal electro flying cars and busses will allow to fly to any place at a price of a city bus optimalransport21.blogspot.com When flying down they’ll be able to restore the main part of energy spent on flying up. They’ll allow to use the Solar elements’ fields on pontoons along the equator and in Space by the use of optimal spaceships (optimal planes with optimal engines on gas). This’ll give optimal cities, solution of problems of poverty, migrants, global warmibg, etc. optimaltransport21.blogspot.com Life is a union of matter and movement. As for the matter, people have homes, cars, TV sets etc. It is worse with the movement: 1) problems of transport in cities; 2) they’ve mastered the movement along the earth, worse - along the water, even worse on the air, but it is the most effective one. As a compromise between logic and dialectic, Method of Optimal Development shows the main problem is a low efficiency of movement.
