Earlier this spring, K-12 Inspire Connections Academy students joined Ms. Terhune, Ms. Polizzi, and Mr. Jones in visiting the Idaho Supreme Court. 🏛️

In addition to touring the building, students met with Idaho Supreme Court Justice Moeller. Justice Moeller shared what life looks like as a Supreme Court justice, shed light on how our court functions, and engaged our students in lively conversation. ⚖️

Inspire Connections Academy students in North Idaho joined Mrs. and Mr. Schumacher to celebrate the start of summer with a fun day in the sun! ☀️

With a gaggle of ducks as special guests and Neveah’s delicious homemade cupcakes, it was certainly a day to remember!

We also had the opportunity to celebrate graduates, Shae and Joshua, and wish them luck on their next adventure after high school. Congrats to you both! 🎓

Cheers to Eli P., Class of 2026! 🎓

Eli has been a student at Inspire Connections Academy since kindergarten. This fall, he will be
attending the University of Nevada, Reno to pursue a degree in Mining Engineering 🛠️

Along with being a stellar student, Eli is, as Ms. Green puts it, “a highly sought-after soccer referee getting to travel to different parts of the state.” One of his favorite things about Inspire Connections Academy is the flexibility! “The last two years, I have been able to officiate high school soccer, and being able to change my schedule was fantastic. Even now, I work a full-time job, and I'm still able to do school in my off time.”

We asked Eli who he would like to shout out for helping him along the way. Eli stated, “There have been so many incredible teachers that I've had over the last 13 years at Inspire. It would feel wrong to just choose one or two; everyone has been fantastic!” (That said, Mr. Duqueete, Mr. Hunter, Ms. Shock, Ms. Green, and Mrs. and Mr. Burke did get a mention!)

Eli, your future is so bright, and we can’t wait to see your next chapter! 🙌

Congratulations to 2026 Grad, Madi P.! 🎓

Her word of advice for younger students is “you can get through hard things!”

Of course, it’s always great to have a strong community to back you up! Madi’s “favorite thing about Inspire Connections Academy is the teachers and the support system they offer.” Madi would also like to thank her boyfriend and her mom for their encouragement along the way. 🙌

Hats off to Cameron E., Class of 2026! 🎓

Cameron has been a student at Inspire Connections Academy since first grade, and we have loved watching him flourish in his education! He is thankful for his aunt and learning coach, Mary, and Ms. Shock and Ms. George for their help and support.

Ms. Shock shared that he and his sister are “incredibly articulate, creative, and fabulous examples of what students at Inspire should look like” and that Cameron has navigated “his school career with incredible grace and is a fantastic self-advocate.”

Cameron’s favorite memory at Inspire “was hanging out with Mrs. Shock during state testing when I was in 2nd or 3rd grade. Also, when she sent ‘Bob’, a stuffed alien, up for me to use while I was doing state testing to help me focus.”

We couldn’t be prouder, Cameron! Congratulations! 👏

Congratulations to Hannah E., Class of 2026! 🎓

We have had the joy of watching Hannah grow and thrive since first grade!

“I want to shout out all the teachers I have had through the years (since 1st grade!). Especially, this year, Mrs. Burke who has checked in faithfully every couple weeks to make sure everything is going good.”

Ms. Shock shared that Hannah and her brother are “incredibly articulate, creative, and fabulous examples of what students at Inspire should look like” and loved watching Hannah follow her passions with her senior project internship at a local comic book store.

Hannah’s favorite memories at Inspire have been the field trips: “bowling, ice skating, roller skating, a farm, fire station, and a boat cruise to see eagles!”

Way to go, Hannah! We are so proud of you! 🎉👏
