The purpose of the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office page is to share information about the prosecution of cases in Marion County and programs and services offered by our office. The following guidelines are established to promote family-friendly and productive use of this page. Comments will be removed if they:

• Use profane language, are vulgar or are offensive;
• Contain personal attacks or threats of any kind;
• Suggest or encourage illegal activity;
• Contain offensive comments that promote, foster, or perpetuate discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, or physical or mental disability;
• Are solicitations or advertisements;
• Are spam or include links to other sites;
• Pose a public safety issue, including but not limited to personal information or information on pending police investigations
