National Su***de Prevention Month:
September is a time to offer support, raise awareness, and remind one another to be kind.

September is a reminder that we don’t always know what someone is dealing with, but we can be there when they need help.

September is our opportunity as a community to break the stigma and show compassion and support.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a trusted person or helpline.
