👟 It’s a beautiful day to take a walk along the new Martha Truman Connector Trail in Minor Park! This project is from Minor Park to Martha Truman Road as part of the Mid America Regional Council’s Metro Green Plan connecting the Indian Creek Trail, Trolley Trail, and Blue River Trail across 3 cities and two states.

🤿Our outdoor pools, water parks, and spraygrounds are open and ready for you to splash in all season long. Click the link in our bio to view all of our aquatic facilities!

We are proud to invest another $400,000 in enhancements for 2026, ensuring longevity, safety, and
accessibility to our pools for everyone to make lasting memories this summer.

Some of the highlights include:
• All pools received over $21,000 worth of brand-new life jackets and safety supplies
• The Bay and The Springs Aquatic Centers received $7,000 of innertube replacements
• Budd Park Pool received nearly $70,000 in upgrades, including pumproom and gutter replacements and a new point-of-sale system
• The Grove Pool received a new point-of-sale system to optimize operations
• The Gorman Pool received pool basin repairs repairs
• Later this year, The Bay Aquatic Center will get a brand new sprayground plumbing conversion – a $280,000 5th District PIAC investment
