🏈 Varsity Football
📅 Monday, August 17: 4:30–8:00 PM

🏃 Cross Country
📅 Monday, August 24: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

⚽ Varsity Girls Soccer August 24th
📅 Monday: 8:00–9:30 AM
📅 Tuesday–Friday: 4:30–6:00 PM

🏐 Volleyball August 24th
📅 Practice: 4:30–6:00 PM

⛳ Golf August 24th
📅 Practice: 9:00–11:00 AM

📋 IMPORTANT – FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE:
All athletes must check in with coach Z AND the school nurse before attending practice. Please arrive a little early to allow time for this check-in.

✅ Please make sure your athlete is registered on Arbiter and has completed all required athletic registration and clearance requirements.

Coaches will communicate dates and times directly with their athletes. These workouts are NOT mandatory and are NOT official practices. 📍 PRACTICE LOCATIONS All official practices will be held at Eldred JSHS unless otherwise communicated by the coach.
