Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care Providing behavioral health treatment centered on resiliency, wellness, and recovery in Washington State for over 60 years.

Established by community members of South King County, Valley Cities has provided mental health services to people of all ages for nearly 50 years. Through the ongoing support of our community, Valley Cities delivers compassionate care in our eight neighborhood clinics located in Auburn, Enumclaw, Federal Way, Kent, Meridian, Midway, Rainier Beach, and Renton. From our deep roots in South King County, we have thoughtfully expanded our programs and services in direct response to the changing needs of the communities we serve. Today, Valley Cities offers licensed mental health counseling and substance use disorder treatment for youth and adults; homeless outreach services and housing programs which provide the homeless with services and housing; family support programs offering youth and family activities; and specialized veterans services that deliver counseling and family support services to veterans and their families. An integral part of King County's mental health system, Valley Cities also maintains active partnerships with other service providers in order to comprehensively meet the needs of those who make up our community. Throughout our long history, Valley Cities has remained focused on helping families and individuals by delivering a continuum of services designed to maximize their potential and success.

Recovery isn't something we do for people. It's a journey that we're honored to walk along side with people. 🛣️🚶

Every day, individuals with lived experience help shape services, programs, and support that meet people where they are. When you support Valley Cities, you're supporting voices that guide action.

Donate this Saturday, October 10th on World Mental Health Day! Help us reach our goal of $10,000. All gifts directly support everyone who walks through our doors. đź’š

Every day, we listen to the stories of individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, substance use disorders, homelessness, unemployment, and other challenges. Those experiences do more than inform the care we provide. They shape our services, strengthen our programs, and guide how we support our clients.

That's why we're excited to join the global celebration of World Mental Health Day on October 10th, 2026, with a special giving opportunity to embrace this year's theme: "Lived Experience Heard: Real Voices, Real Change."

We invite you to participate in Valley Cities Giving Day, a 24-hour opportunity to support compassionate behavioral health care. Your generosity helps ensure that individuals and families can access the care, resources, and support they need to build resilience, find hope, and thrive.

Because real change begins when people feel seen, heard, and supported.
