Creative Beginnings Child Care, Inc Creative Beginnings Child Care, Inc. is a non-profit, private center licensed by New York State, serving infants through preschoolers.

We also contract with RCSD's UPK program for 4-year-olds. is a non-profit private center, licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. (NYS OCFS) Our center is located in a secure building and conveniently located right off of Route 104 on Culver Road in Irondequoit. In September of 2015, Creative Beginnings celebrated serving the East Irondequoit Community for 25 years.

We are well established with a reputation for providing a high quality child care experience at an affordable rate. We maintain low ratios, so all of our children can receive one-to- one attention. We have staff who are MAT-trained and CPR/First Aid certified. Our center is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Do you have a closet full of children’s clothing that your kids have outgrown? Bring them to the Irondequoit Library and share them with families in our community! Clean and gently-used clothing can be dropped off anytime the library is open between September 20 and September 27.
