Domestic Violence Services, Inc. Our service area includes all of Umatilla and Morrow Counties.

Domestic Violence Services (DVS) is a non-profit agency that provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and works toward ending this violence in the communities we serve. Our confidential services include: 24-hour crisis line, shelter, advocacy based counseling, support groups, referrals, transportation, abuse assessment, advocacy and community education. DVS operates ful

l time counseling centers in Pendleton and Hermiston and part-time counseling centers in Boardman and Milton-Freewater.
