💚 No matter what challenges you're facing today, remember that hope is still within reach.

You deserve kindness, understanding, and support exactly as you are. Difficult times can feel overwhelming, but they are temporary. You don't have to carry the weight alone, and every step forward — no matter how small — is a meaningful achievement.

Keep moving forward.

💙 Be patient with your grief.

Healing isn’t linear, and there’s no timeline for what you’re going through. Take things one moment at a time, and give yourself the same care and understanding you would offer someone you love.

Thank you, 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline, for this gentle reminder.

Celebrating ethical leadership in our community! 🌟

Crisis Services was proud to attend and sponsor last week’s BBB of WNY Torch Awards for Ethics, represented by our President/CEO Jessica C. Pirro and VP of Clinical Operations Kelley Swann.

As a BBB Accredited Charity and past Ethics Award winner, we remain deeply committed to transparency, accountability, and trust in all we do. These values guide our work every day as Erie County’s 24-hour comprehensive crisis response center.

Congratulations to this year’s honorees, and thank you to the Better Business Bureau of Upstate New York for continuing to recognize organizations that lead with integrity.
