What is Baltic Amber?
You’ve heard a lot about Baltic Amber for teething in Mommy groups and from your Mom friends...but you still don’t know what the craze is about?
Well I’ll tell you a little background on it first...
Baltic Amber comes from the Baltic Sea..it is a MILLION year old fossilized tree resin equivalent to pine resin. Essentially, water of the Baltic Sea covered all this resin for many many decades-the Baltic Amber will float up in chunks to the top of the Baltic Sea and will be fished out by “farmers”. They grind them into the small beads you see and are shipped all over the world. Baltic Amber has been used for eons for healing purposes.
When I decided to offer Baltic Amber for sale I researched it thoroughly so I would be sure to get authentic beads. I am offering my name on my work and I do not take that lightly. I chose to buy from Poland because the Polish government stands behind their product. They make sure its the real deal before they allow it to be exported from their country!
