💛🛒 Today was one of those beautiful reminder moments that community kindness is still alive.

As we were out shopping at Walmart for part of our food mitigation, insecurity assistance program, so many people stopped to ask questions, encourage us, and share kind words after seeing the large amount of chicken, canned goods, tuna, noodles, cornbread, and emergency food supplies being purchased for families in need.

Some people were surprised to learn just how much work goes on behind the scenes at Community Enhancement Collaboration (CEC) to help keep food moving into the community. Others immediately asked how they could help, volunteer, donate, or “jump on board” to support the mission. 💛

Moments like this remind us that compassion spreads quietly through grocery aisles, parking lots, warehouses, and everyday conversations. One cart at a time can turn into hope for many families.

We truly appreciate every person who stopped, encouraged us, prayed for us, or offered support today. Together, we continue “Serving with Love. Supporting Our Community.” 🥫🍗✨

We recently visited Tim Halpin Equipment Corp. and truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and respect shown to us. The staff took the time to listen, answer questions, and make us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.

What stood out most was the personal customer service. In today’s world, it is refreshing to meet people who still believe in treating customers like family instead of just another number. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.

Thanks to the Children’s Services Council of Broward County and Community Enhancement Collaboration in Action for visiting Hispanic Unity yesterday. 💛

Every non-perishable and produce bag packed, every meat bag prepared, every banana and more shared, and every helping hand matters. At Community Enhancement Collaboration, we continue working hard to ensure families, seniors, and individuals in our community have access to fresh food and essentials.

Today was another reminder that kindness grows when we work together. 🍌🥚
