We are excited to celebrate the release of the special issue of the Child Welfare Journal: “Supporting Students Experiencing Foster Care in Higher Education.”
This important collection brings together 12 contributions from leading researchers and practitioners, highlighting innovative approaches to supporting students with foster care experience in higher education. The issue features longitudinal outcome studies, program models, implementation strategies, specialty court models, and research that is centered around the voices and experiences of students themselves.
The Embark Georgia Research Consortium is honored to have our work represented throughout this collection, alongside the national efforts of Fostering Academic Achievement Nationwide (FAAN).
Whether you work in child welfare, higher education, policy, or advocacy, this issue offers valuable insights and resources.
