| Durham Region Transit’s (DRT) Customer Service Desk at 110 Westney Road South in Ajax will be temporary closed Sunday, August 9, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. In-person inquiries, fare media sales and lost and found collection will not be available while the front desk is closed.

During this temporary closure, customers can continue to access support online via DurhamRegionTransit.com or the Transit App, or by calling 311 (within Durham Region). Presto purchases will continue to be available online at prestocard.ca and other in-person locations: bit.ly/4adP5Ll.

There are no other impacts to DRT transit services or operations.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resume in-person service as soon as possible.

On August 3, Durham Region Transit (DRT) will operate on a weekend service schedule in observance of the Civic Holiday.

The On Demand Call Centre will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. If you need to book an On Demand trip, it can be managed through the DRT On Demand Transit mobile application (app).

The DRT Customer Service Desk at 110 Westney Road South in Ajax and the Customer Service Call Centre will be closed.
