Our adult day care center offers individual and group programs that engage and involve our guests and also offers specialized memory care.

specifically trained to offer our guests engaging opportunities for social interaction and specially developed memory care enrichment activities. Our guests enjoy a variety of entertainment options in our library, theatre room, game alcove or private courtyard. The Encore Adult Enrichment Center layout facilitates purposeful movement that supports our guests' involvement with their surroundings and communicates the warmth and familiar feeling of home.

Happy Wednesday, everyone! Today, we had the pleasure of having David Donahue come and perform some music for us. There's never a bad time for some dancing, and if there's one thing we know how to do, it's bust a move!

Here's to our first full week of July! We've got plenty of fun activities planned for the rest of the month, so here's a preview of what we have lined up! Tomorrow, for instance, we have our Prestonwood Devotional at 11AM, as well as Music Therapy at 3:30PM!

Happy Fourth from everyone here at the Encore family! Two hundred and forty nine years ago today, the Second Continental Congress ratified the Declaration of Independence, declaring that the American colonies were no longer subject to the British crown. We celebrate this freedom, which was hard won by the founding fathers and the rich history of the United States. While our facilities are closed for the day in observation, we hope you all enjoy your holiday with your families and friends!

Last week, we had a lovely musical comedy duo swing by our center, who had us cracking up! Laughter promotes heart health by improving blood flow as well as increasing oxygen intake in the lungs!
