Sgt. Del Rosario is from Houston, TX. He graduated from Alief Hastings High School in 2013 and joined the Marine Corps with the help of his recruiter, GySgt. Flores, who now serves as a Career Recruiter and SNCOIC of Spring Marines

National Vietnam War Veterans Day is observed annually on March 29th and is an opportunity to thank and honor the Nation’s Vietnam veterans and their families for their service and sacrifice.

Have you read the recently released Talent Management 2030 document?

Over the previous weeks, shared WHY updates are occurring within the Marine Corps’ personnel management system and how talent management is defined.
.
Now, we move forward in sharing some of the initial steps we are taking to create the information age personnel system required to continue winning the Nation’s battles, starting with new models for recruiting talent.

New models for recruiting talent include:
1️⃣ Rebalance recruiting and retention to mature the force
2️⃣ Enhancing assessment of potential recruits

This is the third of a six-post series released on Tuesdays to further highlight details in the Talent Management 2030 document. Stay tuned to for further details.
