Connections For Life and SweetMoon Wellness are teaming up to launch our Yoga for Every Body Pilot—bringing inclusive yoga to support health, wellness, confidence, and connection!

Sponsored by Valley Strong Credit Union, this pilot will offer movement, breathing, and relaxation—with options for different abilities, comfort levels, and ways of participating.

We’re starting with the Connections For Life community, with plans to expand into Suisun City and surrounding communities—creating more opportunities for people to connect, move, and feel welcome.

For over 30 years, CFL has supported adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build everyday skills, live in their own homes, and participate in community life. We also connect people with resources, advocate for inclusion, and partner with local businesses to create welcoming opportunities.

Our name means something to us. Whether you stop by for information, you’re a parent we meet in the community, or you receive our services, we want to be a lasting connection you can turn to.

We’re here for the people we support, their families, and our community—through life’s changes and everything in between. 💙

We’re honored to be nominated two years in a row! While we may not have taken home the official win, the recognition and support from our community is the BIGGEST win we could ever ask for. 💙

At the end of the day, we’re just a bunch of cool people fueled by passion, big hearts, and a desire to do good things for our community. Thank you for making a bunch of “big kids” feel so special! 🥹💙

Yesterday, we hosted a wonderful health education workshop in collaboration with Planned Parenthood Northern California! Our attendees gained valuable insights on preventative care, wellness, and basic health awareness—all while enjoying fresh drinks served up by our CFL Coffee Shop pop-up! ☕✨

We believe that access to clear, accessible education empowers everyone in our community to live healthy, independent, and informed lives.
