Health Challenge for the Month of April: Replace sugared drinks with water!

1. Sugary drinks (soda, fruit juice, energy drinks, coffee, and sweetened teas) are the number one source of calories in the US diet.
2. Sugary drinks are the only food/drink directly correlated to causing obesity.
3. Sugary drinks are empty calories. lots of calories with no health benefit.

Get healthy and drink water!

How many people have been drinking water first thing in the mornine?!?! If you havnt, jump on board our health challenge for march. If you are, encourage friends to do the same. You'll see a difference in your metabolism.
