recently broke ground in Franklin, LA, on The Avenue, an exciting adaptive reuse project that will transform the former Franklin Foundation Hospital into 72 affordable senior apartments.

This redevelopment will preserve a significant community asset while creating safe, quality, affordable and energy-efficient housing for seniors ages 55 and older.
