Our volunteers deserve to be celebrated ALL week long đź’™
From sorting donations to serving meals, showing up at events, and loving our community well — our volunteers make so much of what we do possible. Spirit Week is just one small way we get to celebrate the people who give their time, energy, and hearts so freely.
Thank you for bringing kindness, laughter, compassion, and joy into our spaces every single day. We truly couldn’t do this without you.
We love our volunteers BIG around here ✨

Members of the LoveOne Community and The Father's Heart Executive Leadership and Management Team recently attended the Housing First Partners Conference in San Francisco. Our team had the opportunity to learn from leaders across the country about various housing models and innovative pathways to better support our participants and community.

We are especially proud that our Executive Director, Brandi Johnson, and Director of Project Development, Chris Aisoa, were selected as conference presenters. Their session, Leading with GRACE: Transformative Leadership in Housing First, focused on leadership rooted in integrity, dignity, and purpose. Through interactive dialogue, case reflections, and practical tools, attendees left equipped to lead effectively in even the most complex environments.

We are grateful for opportunities to learn, collaborate, and continue growing in the work we do every day to serve our community.

Heads up, friends! Our phones are currently down and will likely remain unavailable for the next 24 hours while the issue is being resolved.

We’re still here and operating as normal — just having a temporary communication hiccup. If you need to reach us in the meantime, please contact us through social media, email, or stop by in person if urgent.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to get everything back up and running!

Today, we pause to honor the brave service members who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. We also recognize that this weekend can carry a heavy emotional weight. Memorial Day can be a deeply personal and painful reminder of loss for veterans and military families.
Please remember that you are allowed to hold space for both gratitude and grief. If you are struggling today, know that you are not alone.

If you or a loved one need support, the Veterans Crisis Line is available 24/7. You can reach them by calling 988 and pressing 1, or by visiting Veterans Crisis Line.

A huge thank you to the West Linn Cadette Girl Scout troop for showing up in such a big way for our Sandwich Squad program đź’™ Before getting started, the troop took time to read our mission statement and learn about the neighbors we serve. It meant so much to see the girls approach this opportunity with such kindness, compassion, and excitement to help.
Together they packed:
🥪 98 PB&J and ham & cheese sandwiches
🍎 50 apples
🥤 Waters
🥔 Chips
🎨 Plus beautifully decorated lunch bags to brighten someone’s day
We love seeing the next generation lead with compassion and care for their community. Thank you Leah & the West Linn Cadette Girl Scouts!
