We use a modified set of year‑round principles to guide our work and strengthen our community.

1. Faith – Belief in a force greater than the individual that connects and guides us.
2. Purpose – Recognition that the Creator instills meaning and direction in each of us.
3. Self‑Determination – Confidence that we have been given the tools to choose our path and create a plan to achieve it.
4. Unity – Commitment to the idea that the whole is stronger than any single person.
5. Creativity – The practice of moving beyond what is to imagine what could be.
6. Collective Work and Responsibility – Holding that we are our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers; together we are the village.
7. Cooperative Economics – Intentionally spending and investing in our community to build generational wealth and empowerment.
