Our ribbon cutting was such an exciting milestone for us! We are beyond thankful for the outpouring of support and collaboration in our shared mission of changing lives. We are dedicated to showing our kids that no matter what their path has been, we are here to help them move FORWARD. Our Senior Director of Operations and Director of Clinical Services are in Orlando advancing their training in at-risk human trafficking curriculum. We’re continually investing in growth and education so our teams are equipped to provide the strongest support—and the best possible outcomes—for the kids we serve.

Thank you to St. Petersburg City Councilman Copley Gerdes for taking the time to meet with us today to discuss opportunities for collaboration in District 1!

We appreciate the conversation about how we can continue working together to strengthen services, support families, and create stronger trajectories for youth in our community. Partnerships like this help move our mission forward and ensure the young people of St. Pete have the opportunities they deserve.

Tonight we held a board meeting to discuss our wins over the past 10 months since our rebranding and rebuilding began.
- Strong leadership team
- Fewer Baker Acts for kids
-Decreased calls to law enforcement
-Modernizing systems
-Improved academic performance
-Increased enrichments and activities for kids
- Facility improvements & repairs
-Making group homes feel more like "home" and less like a facility
-Trauma-informed care a priority across all service lanes
- Significant growth in community-based services
- Improved morale and cohesive teams

And several more. We are proud of our team who is working together to build stability and healing for kids. We are absolutely on a mission.

We are so excited to report 50% of our children in our girls' residential group home made the HONOR ROLL this quarter!

This is a HUGE accomplishment for these girls and our staff. At EverForward, we help our children realize they can do anything they set their minds to....and then we help them do it!

This is a significant accomplishment for any child, but for a child who has experienced the amount of instability and trauma our kids have, it is overcoming the odds!
