From a 4 unit Greensburg property fire/monoxide alarm and fan vent punch list to fire restoration at Tiffany & Co in Ross Park Mall today. Smoke damage to the carpets from the recent fire at the mall. Fulton Construction and Wright General Contracting on the scene for an associate.

In WGC's 16 years in business, I had the pleasure of Apprenticeship under Anthony Guerrera at his company A&A Carpet Cleaners of Vandergrift. Serving the Alle Kiski Valley from Pittsburgh suburbs to Armstrong. Residential and commercial carpet cleaning and fire/water restoration. From there I went on to add Mold Identification and Remediation certification while putting time in the Laborer's Union. All the associates, learning, and experience carried on and paid off.

Something doesn't look right now that you can see frozen water coming out from under this flat roof's membrane. Upstairs units had ceiling tile damage.
So what's under all that snow? 4 inches of ice. What's under that? A punctured roof membrane right under the worst spot. Snow cleared off and the membrane patched. This is also a good example of how much weight in ice can sit on a flat roof in winter. Flat roofs notoriously sag in certain spots or need framing maintenance as a result. Clear it off when you can.

Emergency snow removal from a roof for this client's building in Brackenridge. The roof began to leak with all the snow, and it needed removed for assessment and repairs. The vents that were installed were not set up for this much snow. Tomorrow it's onto repairs before more heavy snow.

Cabin wall rebuild for this client and friend's Ohiopyle Camp. The logs had suffered damage from beetles and this wall needed replaced. The new stud framing is also much more suitable for a kitchen update.
