Yesterday we wrapped up the first year of a two year 4-H Exchange Program. Morgan County 4-H members hosted members and chaperones from Dodge County, Minnesota for a week. They toured businesses, learned history, spent time in the mountains, and made friendships that will last a life time. They are excited to travel to Minnesota next year!

Be sure to mail DNA envelopes directly to the state fair by June 1st AND return the completed nomination forms to the Extension Office by June 1st. Colorado State University Crops Testing is excited to announce the details for the 2023 Wheat Field Days. They are made possible by our farmer-cooperators, seed company and industry partners, and our colleagues from the CSU Dept. of Soil and Crop Sciences, CSU Dept. of Agricultural Biology, the Agricultural Experiment Station, CSU Extension, Colorado Wheat, and the USDA-ARS.
The field days will be held on Thursday, June 1st at Walsh, Lamar, and Brandon; June 2nd at Burlington and Genoa; June 5th at Wiggins, Roggen, and Orchard; and June 6th at Julesburg, Yuma, and Akron. Please visit www.csucrops.com/wfd for the full schedule and directions.

Just a reminder that 4-H enrollments are due February 1, 2023. Here are some tips to help. . .
1. Be sure you are at the newest website https://v2.4honline.com
2. Login then click "enroll now" next to your member name.
3. Select you club, projects and update your information. Sign the health and participation consents by typing in your name.
4. For payment, select non electronic/check payment and confirm. Cash or check payments are due to the Extension Office.
5. The most important step is to SUBMIT the enrollment, be sure you have gotten completely through all the steps and then hit submit so that the enrollment is processed.
