Restore Fort Myers Beach Arches, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit created to fund, build, establish, and promote a new Fort Myers Beach tourist asset, which recognizes the singularly unique original Arches known for over half a century (1924-1978) as the "Gateway to Fort Myers Beach", using saved and stored original materials, along with identical new materials, to build a Commemorative Arch that replicates one section of the structure that stood over the roadway and became an iconic image that will tie past, present, and future together, educating visitors about the San Carlos On The Gulf Arches history. In addition, the Commemorative Arch can serve as a small event venue in a free, fully accessible, inclusive and popular open to the public park setting. Plus, it will encourage visitors to return with the slogan and photo opportunity - "Take a picture under the Commemorative Arch and you will return to Fort Myers Beach", just like the original Arches.
