• Kelly’s Bowl •

A farm house bowl I made for the farmer .parks.snider. Made from scrap red oak I had laying around from past projects.

I left imperfections to push the rustic / farm style of the bowl, similar to my “Cowboy Chair” I made years back. I finished the bowl with a heart outline burnt into the bottom and a butcher block oil finish.

Bottom: Casual style hat // Waterproof // Reflective decals // Hat securement elastic cord // Size adjustment cord // Drop down neck & ear protector.

After 20 weeks of design research, prototyping, and manufacturing, my senior thesis “Chloro” is finally finished.

Chloro is a planter with integrated technology allowing a seamless introduction of nature into our ever evolving home technology. What makes chloro different than other products? After researching many companies and basic science researchers like Bioo Tech, I integrated a technology that converts the photosynthesis process into energy, truly green energy.

Utilizing the byproducts of your garden, local parks, and surrounding agriculture, these plants will harness energy which is then stored in batteries for future use. Products like Bioo’s one square meter energy capture plots could enable your house to be powered by your garden in the near future.
