UPDATE: As of 12:30 p.m. on Friday, July 22, we have reached the applicaton threshold, and applications have been closed.

Situated just half a mile north of downtown Vallejo, the Sacramento Street Apartments Project brings 75 units of 100% permanent supportive housing to our community. Built in partnership with local firm, Factory_OS, the project will deliver economic development benefits to the community - in addition to much-needed, deeply affordable housing.

Preliminary applications for the Sacramento Street Apartments Project-Based Voucher Waitlist will open this Friday, July 22, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. The application period will close on August 5, 2022 at 5:00 p.m., or until 1,000 applications have been received.
