It's the First Day of school for the Valparaiso Community Schools. As a reminder, school zones have a reduced speed limit. Watch for kids entering and exiting school buses. Do not drive around a stopped school bus and do not go through when red flashing stop signs are extended. Law states that both sides of the road must stop when a school bus has their red flashers and stop signs out. We wish our students, teachers and staff a great start to the school year.
