This is what RSP and drill weekends are about - showing up, nervous or excited, and walking away with more confidence than you thought you had.

The CADRE at this month's RSP drill helped future soldiers build confidence in their gear and themselves, leading to a successful and fun training exercise that will prepare them for their future in the Army National Guard.
