Knox County Ohio Dog Shelter The Knox County Dog Shelter takes in, cares for, and adopts out dogs. The Knox County Animal Shelter is funded and managed by the county.

Our staff and volunteers are dedicated to maintaining the health of the dogs in the shelter. KCAS works in close cooperation with the Knox County Humane Sociey to re-home as many animals as possible.
