Steve Blinn was honored Saturday as the Vincennes Civitan Club donated a new bench at the Vincennes Cub League. The bench identifies Blinn as the 2026 Citizen of the Year, recognizing his community volunteerism, particularly his leadership with Buddy Ball for the past 18 years. The award was announced this past February.
