Meet Roy Tydings, retired Virginia Beach Firefighter & life member with the Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad.

Roy's time as a volunteer EMT started 40 years ago, beginning as an EMT on the ambulance and soon transitioned to assignment with the heavy squad truck team where he quickly rose in rank to truck captain and instructor.
