MCTAG Family Readiness Officer Seth Johnson [email protected] Office (757)836-0506, Cell (757) 903-1376 MCTAG Family Readiness Assistant Julia Smith (MCTAG Spouse) [email protected] Welcome aboard! Your loved one has embarked on what will be a very memorable and rewarding experience with one of the most unique and dynamic units in the Marine Corps. The mission of the MCTAG Family Readiness Program is to improve the readiness of Marines, Sailors and Families by providing access to resources and information that empower families to not only meet the challenges of a military lifestyle, but also to flourish in that lifestyle. The Commandant and Senior Marine Corps leaders have recently dedicated unprecedented resources to help Marines and families. It is our hope to use this forum to connect, share information about those resources, and build a sense of community among our families who all share the common MCTAG experience. We will use this forum to: • Facilitate two-way communications between the command, Marines, and families. • Provide information through resource referrals. • Provide readiness and deployment support to all members of a Marines’ family. Family includes those that they were born into, sworn into and married into. NOTE: Volunteers are an integral part of the MCTAG family readiness program. If you would like to become a Family Readiness Volunteer please contact the Family Readiness Officer at [email protected] IMPORTANT: Think before you post.
