Congratulations to Captain Chris Francis on his retirement. Prior to joining the Virginia Beach Fire Department, Chris worked a year and a half with York County Fire Department. Chris joined the Virginia Beach Fire Department in 1993 and has served the department and citizens of Virginia Beach for 33 years. CONGRATULATIONS Chris and welcome to our group.
