Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, addiction, or just inspired to work more deeply on your personal growth, I offer a range of approaches for healing. Interventions include: mindfulness-based psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, hypnosis, and Enneagram. As a yoga instructor, I offer private yoga instruction designed to ease emotional distress. I teach meditation to empower clients to calm their minds and have access their wisdom. I offer mindfulness training to individual and groups, and am co-founder of The Mindful Living Institute. www.themindfullivinginstitute.org
