Be a Sailor worth fighting for, meaning qualify and work towards your goals, do not make excuses for why you can't be a specific rating, do what it takes to become eligible for the rating you want. Give your TSCHR CCC the ammo to fight for you! The TSC HR CCCs want to help you, but you also have to help yourself.

The Ready Relevant Learning initiative is transforming our rate training pipelines. These changes ensure our sailors are provided the proper level of training at targeted times within career paths to maximize our teams expertise. Watch how these changes have been implemented within the IT rating.

What changes have been made to the Navy's IT "A" School?

Starting in fiscal year 2020, the Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC) Corry Station has restructured the Navy's IT "A" School entry-level training under the transformed training construct of the Navy’s Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) initiative pillar of Sailor 2025 - providing relevant training when it is needed most.

CAPT John Vliet, CO, CSCSU Dam Neck, personally thanks GSM2 Antonio Sloan & GSE2 James Barber, TSCHR Facilities, for delivering the MK 6 Mine to the school house. The MK 6 mine played an important role during World War I by protecting allied shipping in 1918, the US and British navies planted more than 76,000 MK 6 mines in the North Sea. This mine barrage limited the ability of German subs to attack Allied shipping. Photo Courtesy of IC1 Kirsten Gilbert
