We know we’ve already talked about what an incredible job the Wabasha-Kellogg PTO - Parent Teacher Organization did with the Fore the Falcons Golf Tournament at Coffee Mill Golf Course during Wabasha Riverboat Days…but we’re not done bragging about them yet. 😉

As we get ready for a new school year, we’re excited to welcome new faces to the Wabasha-Kellogg PTO! ❤️

We’re a fun, welcoming group of parents who each bring different ideas, strengths, and amounts of time to the table and we’d love to continue growing our crew. The more helping hands we have, the more we can do for our students and our school!
Whether you can volunteer at an event, help behind the scenes, share an idea, or simply attend a meeting, there’s a place for you in the PTO. And yes, you can absolutely join us without committing to everything!😉

PTO Raises $17,802 for the W-K Playground at Golf Tournament

What a year! Last year we raised $7,850 and we were thrilled with that amount. This year we set a goal of $10,000 which felt doable, but you never know what the response will be.

We're so excited and proud to confirm this year at our 2nd Annual "Fore the Falcons" Golf Tournament we raised $17,802!!! This is more than we've ever raised in an entire year with all of our fundraisers combined.🥹

So what made the difference?
- More awareness
- More time to plan
- More volunteers
- A silent auction that brought in $2,120
- 10 premium Hole Sponsors who made a larger presence
- Harris Co. did the Drone Ball Drop that raised $2,100 - plus they matched up to $1,000
- We hit the max of 25 teams- and even had to turn teams away! (Last year we had 14 teams)

We are so incredibly proud of our team, community, sponsors and everyone who invested in this event for our students. We are excited to share playground updates soon - and can't wait to see you all on the course again next year! 😎⛳

We are overwhelmed with gratitude after an incredibly successful fundraiser Golf Tournament yesterday! ⛳️

Our players, sponsors, and volunteers really showed up for us. We filled the course with 25 teams, 26 sponsors, and while we’re still putting together the final numbers, we already know this tournament was the final push we needed to get the playground installed (more details to come soon!)

This has only been possible because of the incredible generosity of our community. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to all who made this event happen and for believing in us and our students. ❤️🖤🤍

Wait for it….. How cool is this?! Harris Company is sponsoring a Drone Drop - Players can pay $100 for the claw to drop a hole in one ⛳️ and all proceeds are going to our playground fund!
