Waco Community Watch The Waco Community Watch group is open to members of the Waco community that are interested in working together to keep our community safe.

We will focus on providing a strong neighborhood watch program that watches out for our neighbors.

We are still looking for entries for the parade. Floats, vehicles, 4 wheelers, horses, motorcycles and golf carts are all welcome. We were honored to provide a spaghetti dinner to the members of the Waco Community Volunteer Fire Dept.last night in appreciation for all they do for the Town of Waco and the entire Waco Community. These guy's play a huge part in assisting with the Community Block Party and the Christmas parade all while doing an amazing job protecting our families and neighbors. To all the members, thank you for all you do!

The truck pictured was stolen from the Sperling Drive area in Shelby sometime early Wednesday, March 5, 2025 between 6:45 am and 7:30 am. It is a light beige 2004 GMC Canyon truck, with a camper cover on the back. If you have any information about the stolen truck, please contact Investigator T. Watterson at 704-476-3076.
