Hey friends! I hope you all are enjoying your last few weeks of summer. I’m sorry I missed you this week at one of my favorite community events, National Night Out! I have been on travel with my family before school and the regular routine kicks in!

However, I am finalizing my plans for a few community engagement events and am looking forward to seeing you all in the community in the coming weeks! Time to ramp up once again!

I hope everyone got out and exercised their right to vote yesterday. Primary Elections are extremely important and in many counties, decide the election more than the General Election does.

As a reminder, Board of Education races were NOT on the primary ballot. But I did enjoy seeing many of you at the polls during early voting and yesterday while I was supporting another candidate for office. I look forward to continuing to engage with the community!

The Maryland Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. statewide.

✅ Early Voting begins tomorrow and runs from Thursday, June 11 through Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day. Any registered voter in Charles County may vote at any early voting center in the county.
