A special thank you to Lily Meadow Farm for sharing their wonderful baby bunnies with our community today, and to the Wales Fire Department for their quick response and assistance when an unidentified alarm briefly interrupted the program.

Thanks to everyone’s patience, we were able to get the all clear and continue enjoying an afternoon filled with cuddles, smiles, and plenty of bunny fun. 🐰🚒📚

📚☀️ Summer Reading is in full swing at the Wales Public Library!

This week is our first full week of the Reading Rebels Summer Reading Program, and we have a great lineup of activities for all ages.

🧘 Monday
• Chair Yoga for Strength — 10:30 AM*
• Meditation Basics — 11:45 AM*

🐰 Tuesday
• Baby Bunnies at the Library — 4:00 PM
Lily Meadow Farm returns with adorable baby bunnies for a hands-on visit.

🏴‍☠️ Wednesday
• Wales Tales Story Time: Pirate Theme — 12:15 PM
• Outdoor Move with Fun & Games (All Ages) — 1:15 PM*

🐛 Thursday
• Tiny Creatures, Big Worlds! — 3:00 PM*
Presented by the Norcross Wildlife Foundation.

👶 Friday
• Wiggles & Wonder — 10:30 AM

*Registration is required for Chair Yoga, Meditation Basics, Outdoor Move with Fun & Games, and Tiny Creatures, Big Worlds.

What a great start to our Reading Rebels Summer Reading Program! 🇺🇸📚

Thank you to everyone who joined us for today’s kickoff party. We had a wonderful afternoon decorating book bags, making crafts, playing yard games, showing off patriotic tattoos, enjoying popsicles, and signing up for summer reading!

If you missed today’s event, don’t worry—Summer Reading runs through July 30, and we have programs, activities, and events planned all summer long for readers of all ages.

What a day! 📚🎉🇺🇸

Our Wales Public Library crew had an amazing time participating in the Spirit of Brimfield 250 Parade! From favorite books marching down the route to our Friends of the Library table at the winery, it was a wonderful celebration of community!

A huge thank you to everyone who dressed up, marched, volunteered, cheered us on, and helped represent the library. Events like these remind us how lucky we are to be part of such a supportive community.
