We are profoundly saddened by the passing of Debra Castillo–our beloved friend, colleague, and Editorial Board member. She was the general Editor for this journal for eight years (2005-2023), and although that was one of her many professional commitments, she was able to consolidate its standing and expand its reach. Debra’s incredible intellectual breadth, unstoppable creativity, and personal generosity have touched the lives of many students and colleagues. She was beloved and admired, and she will be missed by many of us.
Rest in peace, dear Debra.

Contento de anunciar que sale mi libro en castellano. Aunque el recorte es 1990-2010, creo que tratando de entender la lógica de ciertos objetos culturales, el trabajo anuncia algunas emergencias contemporáneas: tanto las capturas a las que se presta el discurso de los derechos por lógicas excluyente, como sus posibilidades más allá de su legado humanista. Gracias inmensas a Eduvim, a Fermin Rodriguez por la primera traducción, y a todxs lxs colegas y amigues que a lo largo de los años confiaron en el proyecto y me alentaron a publicarlo en mi lengua, y así intervenir en otras discusiones.
