🐾A Big Thank You to One of Our Supporters! 🐾

We recently had a wonderful young resident make a very thoughtful donation to our animal shelter! 🐶🐱

She worked hard to raise money through her very own lemonade stand and used the proceeds to purchase much-needed supplies for our shelter animals. 🍋🐾

We are so touched by her generosity, hard work, and big heart. It means so much to know that our community’s youngest animal lovers are thinking of the animals in our care.

Our current cats are especially grateful for your kindness and support!

We had a very unusual visitor stop by the Wantage Township Animal Shelter this rainy Tuesday!

While we’re used to dogs, cats, and all kinds of critters coming through our doors, this little green frog decided to make a surprise appearance outside the shelter.

He seemed perfectly happy enjoying the wet weather and taking a little break on our walkway before continuing on his way.

We guess even the wildlife knows that the shelter is a good place to stop by 🐸

Today’s Intakes 🐾
Today’s intakes include a family of kittens who have been outside through some pretty harsh weather—rainy days and hot days alike.
These little ones are still too young for spay/neuter, so they’ll get to hang out with our ACOs for a bit while they grow, get stronger, and prepare for their next step toward adoption.

Our first objective? A nice, warm bath. 🛁
Our second objective? Kitten burrito cuddles. 🌯🐱

We’re so happy these babies are safe, warm, and getting the care they need.

If you’re interested in helping us help these kittens, supplies are always appreciated!

A huge thank-you to our generous donors for providing litter, laundry supplies, and a hose to help clean out the dog kennels! These donations make such a difference in keeping our shelter clean, comfortable, and healthy for the animals in our care.
